I found an internet recipe for an easy hot chocolate fudge sauce, in the comments a lady said that this was her chocolate fudge recipe as well so I thought I’d give it a whirl.
I hedged my bets making the mix then divided putting half in a tray as fudge to set and half to heat up as chocolate sauce to pour over ice cream for dessert.
The sauce melted ok for a chocolate sauce though the taste was average, hubby liked it. The fudge in the fridge over night did not set well it was hard to cut and sticky.
I didn’t want to waste my ingredients so this is what I came up with a Sort of chocolate fudge balls recipe.
