Yesterday using the Donut cupcakes recipe I popped the batter into a ring cake tin, baked for about 20-25 minutes, it came out more like a big cinnamon donut cake. I guess if you wanted it more like a real donut you could drizzle icing across the top. Tasted pretty good.
