Pan fry 2-3 chopped bacon rashers and 1/2 a sliced onion in a little olive oil.
Add some mixed herbs to the pan and stir. Lower heat.
Add in a can of ready to go cream of chicken soup, stir well, turn down low to simmer.
Cook pasta of choice. Cook some frozen peas.
Add some chopped cooked chicken or turkey.
Add peas and pasta to the bacon and onion. Mix.
Serve and grate over a little parmesan cheese/chopped parsley.
I like to add sliced mushrooms to the bacon and onion.
In reality you can add what you like.
I was going to take a photo as it’s what we had for dinner tonight but we were halfway through dinner before I remembered.
This is a quick easy meal.
