I’ve just finished making my batch of rumballs and they taste delicious.
I’ve put half in the freezer and left half to set in the fridge but I’m guessing they’ll be gone by dinner time.
As with my Christmas cake my rum balls have real rum in them, I don’t consider them to be rum balls if it’s not in there so be aware there is a distinct rum flavour in this recipe.
Don’t like rum I’m sure you could use brandy if you wish.
