Roasted nuts

Make your own, you need;

180*C oven.  Raw nuts.

Place your nuts of choice on a lined baking tray.

Pop in a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes.

Keep and eye on them and give a shake and a stir every 5 mins or so.

Cool and store in an airtight container.

Put them in the oven after you’ve baked a cake while the oven is still hot rather than starting the oven for a few nuts.

You can crack salt over them before baking but I like them as is.

I tend to only do a few at a time, what’s needed. Here are my almonds and cashews.
