  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • Chopped dates
  • Coconut flakes
  • Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Wheatgerm
  • Chopped almonds
  • Puffed rice or wheat


  • Mix and store in an air tight container. Use 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup with milk and or yoghurt of your choice.
  • In reality you can use any nut, seed and dried fruit combination you like. The ingredients are as much of or as little of what you like. Check out the ingredients list on the back of the box you'd normally buy and go from there it is so easy.
