Are you a person who rotates? I mean a person who rotates their towels, their sheets, undies (jocks/boxers/knickers), bras etc once washed.
My husband feels the need to wear things equally, me not so much.
Over the years as everyone had left the house for the day I’d wash the sheets and towels leaving the beds to air, more often than not those same sheets went straight from the line back to the bed and the towels straight back to the bathroom, they were cleaned and line dried so I don’t see it as an issue … unless you like that colour variety in your bathroom or on your bed. All I can think of is that it’s saved me folding these items and putting them away. Did it always work out this way, no it depended on what was happening for me on that particular wash day. Some have told me that it’s just weird not to rotate.
It means that for example those towels and the other set wear out at different stages which I like as that means I only have to go out and buy 1 set at a time instead of more, I have others to use while I wait for a special on towels somewhere.
Underwear, I wear what I grab out of the drawer first and there is no way I’m folding all that small stuff it gets shoved in that drawer, though I do pair up socks when I take them off the line …. and shove them in a drawer.
An organised mind, well mine is most of the time but life would be dull if you didn’t have the unexpected pop up and sometimes it’s good to just go with the flow.

I’m guilty of taking the washing off the line & using it again. Some days I just can’t be bothered folding stuff up when I need it.
