I don’t usually buy the tiny tubs of yoghurt they are more expensive per gram than the larger 1kg. A few years ago these little ones must have been on special and I thought they would also make nice little storage containers, at the time I just didn’t know what for. Not long ago I found the containers at the back of a cupboard and now have the perfect use for this one little tub that I have 2 of.
This particular tub with a lid is Jalna brand and it’s a pot set yoghurt.
I’ve just made a hole in the lid to one side and cut a narrow V so the string comes through on the big end and holds on the narrow end, it rolls around and undoes on the inside. I now have a ball of kitchen string that no longer rolls away from me.
