Chicken soup do you need a recipe, not really but I’m popping one up anyway.
When I want a quick dinner or can’t really be bothered cooking this is one easy filling meal to make.
I use the stove top to start it cooking while using the microwave to do the other bits and it can be all together in about 10 minutes or if you have time to let it simmer … let it simmer.
To make it chicken noodle of course add the noodle or pasta of choice, pre cooked or not depending on your time frame.
We are in Spring now with a hot summer looming but I can guarantee on a night when I can’t be bothered but want something healthy that is not salad this is what we’ll be having.
