Crumbed sausages

Crumbing your sausages is a nice way to have sausages differently.  We don’t have them that often but love them when we do. Like crumbing your fish or schnitzels they can be a little fiddly with the whole flour and egg thing but worth it I think in the end.  Get your kids to help.

I like to serve these with coleslaw, sliced tomato and cucumber.

We used to get crumbed sausages at the local fish and chip shop when we were kids, of course they were deep fried in probably questionable oil and so not good for us, just like deep fried kabana, yum.  But it kept you warm on the inside.

This version is a little better.  Here is my crumbed sausages recipe.
