Melt your chocolate, bowl over pot of slightly bubbling water, bain marie style.
Once melted take your chocolate off the heat. Dip your pretzels into the chocolate lay in a single layer on a tray lined with baking paper. I do this with fingers. Do as many pretzels as you wish.
Pop into the fridge to set. Remove from the tray and store stacked in an air tight container in the fridge for a few days.
