Thousand Island dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1/8 cup Mayonaise
  • 1/8 cup Sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley or coriander optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together well. Add more chilli sauce to your taste. Use when ready.
  • Finely chop your parsley or coriander and mix in as much as you like. Store in the fridge in a sealed container.

Notes

This can be stored in the fridge for a couple days but I tend to make it and use it  as needed.
Play with the recipe changing amounts to your liking.
This is a recipe I just blob the ingredients into a bowl, mix until it looks right, taste and adjust.
