Mix all ingredients together well. Add more chilli sauce to your taste. Use when ready.
Finely chop your parsley or coriander and mix in as much as you like. Store in the fridge in a sealed container.

This can be stored in the fridge for a couple days but I tend to make it and use it as needed.Play with the recipe changing amounts to your liking.This is a recipe I just blob the ingredients into a bowl, mix until it looks right, taste and adjust.
