Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken (I use drumsticks, thighs or wings) coat well and marinade in the fridge for 4 hours or longer.
Bake in a 180*C oven for 20 minutes. Turn down oven to 160*C for another 30-40 minutes or until cooked and juices run clear.
Take note this is honey a sugar and if you are not careful it will burn so keep an eye on it and keep turning.
