I was all set to make ANZAC biscuits this morning I wanted an oat biscuit. After reading this mornings sunday paper I found an oat biscuit recipe. I already have a recipe for oaty chocolate chip biscuits but decided I’d give this one, chocolate chip oat biscuits a whirl as it has few ingredients with simple to remember measurements. My end notes on this recipe were longer than the ingredients and instructions.
Don’t get me wrong this is a nice very simple recipe to make, but I would make changes next time I made them. The recipe can be made up quickly and I doubled, making 12 wasn’t going to last very long on a sunday when all and sundry visit.
