It was bought in 2008 and is now not doing so well, ok as the base plate rotates the bowl rattles off, no traction no real mixing happening, sigh I hate trying to find new appliances I really loved the one I had.
I made cheese and vegemite scroll buns on the weekend and it all just went kaput and I remember why I hate kneading by hand. Scrolls turned out just fine… eventually.
Now to get the pros and cons of a nice new bench top mix master …. I think I have one chosen.
