It was easy, anyone who wanted to come around came around and we had Mexican night. I put all the food out on our big square table and you created and served yourself tacos, burritos or nachos.
My eldest sons girlfriend made a double layer chocolate cake with a blueberry middle with lots of chocolate frosting. He said he helped, she said he licked the bowl and spoon, some things never change. lol
My diet begins …. again, today.
I did end up with a few burrito wraps left, so I spray oiled them and sprinkled with cracked salt. I then put in a 170*C oven for about 10-15 minutes, turned over and did the same again until they were lightly browned and crisped. I then broke up and ate like potato crisps. You could cut up before putting in the oven to get a more even sized chip. Store in an air tight container for a couple of days.
