I was looking a while back to see if I could use a different from the normal seasoning for my sausage rolls. I came across this seasoning mix in google, this recipe was for pork sausage patties and I thought I’d give it a whirl, though I tweaked it a little.
I love it, it’s not just for pork, it has a fantastic smell and taste when being cooked and I double the recipe to use constantly, I even made it up in a good looking jar and gave as a gift for Christmas with some bbq sauces etc.
So I thank that person for putting this seasoning combination out there, I enjoy it very much and call the recipe Pork or anything seasoning
