Chickpea Patties

I like taste of Falafels but  for me they are a little dry, I feel the need to break/crumble them up and smother them in Tzatziki, yoghurt or mayo. This is my version that is thinner and no so dry, a great quick snack or as a meal.  

Dahl

This is was cooked in a slow cooker/crockpot but can also be made in a saucepan. Measured with an average kitchen teaspoon.

Date and Maple Muffins

No refined sugar and very little fat

Prune Brownies

Here I’m just tweaking my chocolate brownie recipe I posted previously. Less sugar to be made up with the sweetness of the prunes and a tad more healthy. I’ve also swapped out the melted butter/margarine for olive oil in this recipe but you could use liquid coconut oil if you wish.
