You know you’ve done something right when you are asked, ‘where did you buy this from’?
I’m pleased to say that my ice cream cake was a hit and it tasted great.
I must remember not to get flustered when getting this out of the tin in a hurry, that the point in the tin to defrost/warm up first is the lever to open/expand the tin out so that the cake can be plated … especially when people are watching lol. Wish I’d taken a finished photo.
