… here’s to new recipes.

So I’ve been checking out the recipes in my new mix master manual/ recipe book, the bread recipe took my eye as it seemed a little easier than my other recipe, and I’m all for easy.

I also discovered while reading my booklet that maybe, just maybe my love of making bread maybe just gave my broken mix master it’s final kick. This time I bought a mixer with a bigger motor so hopefully all will be well.

I’m not endorsing any brand in particular but the mixer I bought was a Breville Bakery Boss which got slightly better reviews (and was on special)  than the Kitchen Aid mixer that I’d been eyeing off for the last couple of years.

Here’s to happy baking … wonder what else in there is good to try?
