Hasselback Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs Optional
Instructions
- Slice each potato across the top but not all the way through.
- Place the potatoes in an oven proof dish. Drizzle a little olive oil across the potatoes, into the slices. Sprinkle with freshly grated salt and pepper (and herbs if you wish).
- Preheat oven to180- 190*C. Put potatoes in to bake for approx 70 mins or until cooked and browned. Serve.
Notes
In this recipe I used Dukkah spices on top.
Cooking time depends on the size of your potatoes.
Serve with a little Greek yoghurt.
