I like taste of Falafels but for me they are a little dry, I feel the need to break/crumble them up and smother them in Tzatziki, yoghurt or mayo. This is my version that is thinner and no so dry, a great quick snack or as a meal.
This is was cooked in a slow cooker/crockpot but can also be made in a saucepan. Measured with an average kitchen teaspoon.
Better than a muesli bar.
This is a mix now, leave in the fridge and make later in the day biscuit. I used my mix master for this recipe but it can be done my hand.
