Coconut choc chip slice
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dessicated coconut
- 1 cup Self raising flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/3 cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all into a bowl excluding honey.
- Warm the honey for about 10 seconds in the microwave then pour into the cake batter mix, stirring well.
- Preheat oven 180*C Pour cake mix into a lined slice tray (28 x 18 cm) and bake for approx 20 -25 minutes.
Notes
Yes this can be frozen.
Dust with icing sugar for serving if you wish.
Drizzle with chocolate across the top.
Warming the honey makes it easier to mix into the batter.
