Mixed Herbs Italian style

I have a good stash of dried herbs in my pantry. When I ran out of the mixed herbs I use for my spaghetti bolognaise the other day I decided I’d have a look on the back of the jar to see what the manufacturer puts in that jar that I had bought.

So after reading the back of that jar I came up with a mixed herbs concoction and I think it turned out pretty good.

I don’t think I’ll be buying the mixed herbs from the shop again I’ll just do my own when needed. Doing this I can also add more of each ingredient if I wish or less.

I guess buying the jars of mixes are just quick and easy. When you give it a go you realise how easy the mixing or experimenting is to do for ourselves.
