Do you remember making hasselback potatoes in Home Economics at school way back when? I still make them every now and then. Last week when I went shopping I bought a lemon herb Dukkah spice mix. I decided to sprinkle the dukkah mix on top of the potatoes to see if I actually liked the dukkah spices. Answer is yes I do.
As I like this Dukkah mix I’m going to find a nice recipe to make from scratch for next time.
